Join Marta in this amazing Gong Bath to make the most of the potent energies of the Full Moon in Piscis which illuminates the areas of our life where we are not aligned so we can go back to ourselves and make the right decisions going foward.
Relax into the sound waves of the Gong , singing bowl, koshi chimes, rain stick & shamanic drum.
All you need to do is to lay down and enjoy the sound healing 🙂
Gongs vibrate on the same frequency as the body's cells and put the body in the best state to heal itself. Sound healing is extremely effective for deep relaxation and to remove blocks in the body and clear your subconscious mind. In addition it relieves stress and anxiety
The Gong Bath will take place in a facebook private group. If you cannot make the time or you want to listen to it again, the recording will be available in the group for 48hours

Marta is a charismatic and passionate teacher in a diversity of yoga styles and healing modalities, from the meditative Yin Yoga to the dynamic Arial, Hot yoga and Hot Pilates.
She specialises in Kundalini Yoga for Addictions, stress and anxiety and has studied with international leading teachers including Doctor Gabor Mate. She is a Gong Player and a Shamanic Reiki practitioner
Coming from a corporate background, she brings a modern approach to Yoga empowering students to embrace “real life” challenges, to manage their emotions and to create a shift in their life
She has spread her passion for yoga all over the word teaching workshops in US, Australia, The Philippines and Indonesia.
