During the last few weeks, lots of you have been reporting having issues with your sleeping patterns : either not being able to fall asleep, having disturbed sleep patterns or staying awake for long periods in the middle of the night.
It is during sleep that our thoughts and unresolved emotions are being processed including our worries and fears. It is not surprised that the uncertainty and isolation and the resulting stress and anxiety has impacted your sleep patterns negatively
During this workshop we will explore the different techniques/skills to fall asleep easily , work with the waking up periods and improve the quality of your sleep
