Join us under the energy of the New Moon for a 75-minute practice designed to support rest, reflection, and renewal. This special class blends slow, mindful flow with restorative postures, guided pranayama, and space for intention setting. We’ll begin with gentle movement to ground into the body and soften into breath-led flow, gradually transitioning into longer-held, supported shapes to invite deep rest. The practice closes with calming breathwork and an opportunity to set a personal intention for the new lunar cycle.

This is a quiet, inward-focused practice, an invitation to slow down, reset, and begin again from a more centered place.
