Rooted in the Taoist tradition of Yin, this class invites deep stillness and mindful awareness. Long-held floor postures gently stretch and stress connective tissues - ligaments, tendons, joints, and fascia - releasing tension, improving flexibility, increasing physical and mental resilience, and supporting long-term joint health. The practice concludes with Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), a guided meditation that calms the nervous system, relieves stress, and leaves both body and mind deeply refreshed.
