About Mauraexplorer.yoga
MAURA EXPLORER (SHE/HER) Yoga for the Real World.
I'm a passionate yoga teacher, movement enthusiast and community builder.
Yoga has been central to my life, leading me to train in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation.
My curiosity to find a more suitable practice, combined with my love for the fusion of music and yoga, led me to discover Inside Flow, a modern approach that blends movement with breath and music. This discovery was a game-changer. Through this practice, I discovered Inside Yoga, a progressive yoga style that integrates modern anatomy. After consistently practising this modern style and incorporating updated techniques, I noticed a significant improvement in my body. My lower back pain disappeared, and when I shared this approach with my students, they experienced the same relief and strength in their own bodies.
Inspired by this, I completed my teacher training at Inside Yoga including Therapeutic Yoga and pursued further trainings in Inside Flow, Personal Training, Thai Yoga Massage, Anatomy-based & Functional yoga
and workshops with various teachers like Young Ho Kim, Matt Giordano, Celest Perreira.
I teach in Luxembourg, around Europe and Asia, offering workshops, host retreats, and participate at festivals.
My classes are dynamic, alignment-focused, and aim to empower you—mind, body, and soul—on your personal growth journey.
A certified yoga teacher and movement enthusiast dedicated to helping you explore your potential and move with ease, freedom, and joy.
My teaching blends the wisdom of yoga with modern science and neuroscience (brain yoga) to offer a grounded, accessible, and empowering experience. I continuously learn from my teachers, who are physiotherapists, neurologists, and healthcare professionals to stay current with the latest research in anatomy, movement, and wellness. This allows me to create classes that are not only mindful and effective, but also rooted in evidence-based practices.
With a focus on anatomy-informed movement and biomechanics, my classes support your body and your life—no matter your level or experience. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, I strive to create a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to grow both on and off the mat.
Yoga should be fun, inclusive, and adaptable to the realities of modern life. My goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward movement that feels strong, safe, and joyful.
As an explorer myself, I’m constantly learning and sharing different techniques to push the boundaries of traditional yoga.
Curious? I’d love to practice with you.
