What's it all about?

Sharing my evolving yoga practice with the people who find it useful :)
I practice yoga most days and meditation basically every day ..
To convey my understanding of the techniques and practices in my online and in person classes.
I teach Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork, Meditation and Somatics in a synthesis that is always evolving and where elements cross over into each other.. Happy to do private sessions in any of these styles at a mutually convenient location..
I also offer group and individual sound baths and frequently collaborate with others in devotional music practices Kirtan/mantra.
