About Samantha Williams

My name is Samantha Williams & after many years of training & practicing self-regulation through Yoga, meditation & QiGong I am excited to share my knowledge & hold space for others wishing to explore, expand & cultivate their own practice.

In small groups, I offer tools, knowledge & space where you can practice self-awareness, reflection & regulation techniques for personal nourishment & mental & physical health, where spiritual growth can evolve.

I practice in small groups with the intention for you to feel welcome & at ease. A place to learn, settle & regulate; creating a home from home, so that you may feel at home within the space & within yourself.

Meditation, Yoga & Qigong are exercises designed to balance & regulate our systems for health & vitality, so that we may expand our consciousness & experience the expansiveness of all that we are. Through regular practice, we are able to embody the movement & postures so that we may experience a flow of effortless effort, a quieting of the mind & expansion of your consciousness.
