Melanie's yoga journey spans nearly 25 years. After a decade or so of a more intense, hot yoga practice, she began to crave a deeper connection. Inspired by a teacher who expertly wove yoga philosophy and the Yoga Sutras into every class, Melanie felt called to become a teacher herself. She vowed to share not only the physical practice, but the profound wisdom of yoga and its application to our modern world.

Gentle Wisdom Flow with Melanie This class is great for all levels, even those new to the practice. This 75-minute class includes mindful breath work and movement done at a slow pace. It is an opportunity to strengthen your muscles, expand your breath awareness and improve your flexibility. Wisdom Flow offers a journey beyond the purely physical aspects of yoga, inviting you to explore the profound connection between body, energy, mind, and spirit. In our fast-paced modern world, yoga often focuses on asana, the physical postures. Wisdom Flow, however, provides a space to rediscover the holistic nature of yoga. It’s an opportunity to move intuitively, in a way that honors your individual needs and capabilities, while simultaneously aligning the physical, energetic and emotional\mental layers of your being. This gentle yet powerful practice allows your inner wisdom, that innate knowing within, to flow freely, guiding you toward greater balance and harmony.
