Melanie's yoga journey spans nearly 25 years. After a decade or so of a more intense, hot yoga practice, she began to crave a deeper connection. Inspired by a teacher who expertly wove yoga philosophy and the Yoga Sutras into every class, Melanie felt called to become a teacher herself. She vowed to share not only the physical practice, but the profound wisdom of yoga and its application to our modern world.

This class is great for all levels, even those new to the practice. This 75-minute class includes mindful breath work and movement done at a slow pace. It is an opportunity to strengthen your muscles, expand your breath awareness and improve your flexibility.
