Workshop: The Art of Intentional Living

February 15, 2026 • 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm
25 Rossiter Street, Brandon, Vermont
Melanie Redel
Melanie's yoga journey spans nearly 25 years. After a decade or so of a more intense, hot yoga practice, she began to crave a deeper connection. Inspired by a teacher who expertly wove yoga philosophy and the Yoga Sutras into every class, Melanie felt called to become a teacher herself. She vowed to share not only the physical practice, but the profound wisdom of yoga and its application to our modern world.
