Description
Tori & Karina will co-teach this special combined yoga and pilates class, which will leave you feeling strong, empowered and relaxed!
Be sure to bring a yoga mat, some sunscreen, and layered clothes. The class will take place on the outdoor patio of The Central House Lavapies.
