Description
We all have masculine and feminine energy within us, regardless of the gender we identify with.
In our fast-paced modern world, we tend to spend a lot of time in our masculine energy which is related to action, strength, logic and productivity.
This next Women's Circle will be dedicated to honoring and getting in touch with our feminine side, our shakti energy. We will deepen the connection to our inner goddess through exploring themes like intuition, compassion and creativity. We will also have a portion of the circle dedicated to learning about sensual embodied dance, led by Sara Thuben.
As always there will be meditation, pranayama, journaling, and sharing/listening circle. This circle is an extended version of 3 hours.
