Description
Come celebrate my 30 trips around the sun with this sunset yoga class! We will be doing a special sequence of 30 sun salutations. This is a modified version of the traditional 108 sun salutations practiced during the turn of each season (ex: spring equinox, summer solstice, etc). Afterwards we will stay for a picnic!
