Hi, my name is Tori! I prioritize a spiritual & physical yoga practice by leading grounding, flowy classes. My goal is to help you find your inner peace through mindful movement & meditation :)
Description
Join us for another Yogalates class on the beautiful rooftop at Generator Madrid. This is a hybrid yoga & pilates class led by Tori & Karina. We will do exercises to strengthen, tone, and stretch your whole body! We will also be incorporating some relaxation and breathing techniques to calm your mind. Come join us for an amazing class!
Meeting time is at 10.45h. Class will start promptly at 11h and last one hour.
Afterwards we will have a coffee/juice/drink for those who want to stay and enjoy the sunshine a bit longer!
*Please no cancellations are allowed for this class due to the limited number of spots. However, if you cannot attend for any reason, you can gift your ticket to a friend :)
