Description
We will be at the beautiful Zentro Urban Yoga (Retiro location) studio. This will be a unique "core and restore" yogalates class. We will warm up with some sun salutations, then move into a full body intensive pilates core workout, ending with our extra long "restore" relaxation with a guided meditation.
