Join us for the first ever edition of TECHNO YOGA in this beautiful space at Santo Amor! Newbies of the yoga and the techno world are welcome :)
Agenda:
18.15h arrivals, find your mat
18.30h-19.30h dynamic vinyasa yoga class with melodic electronic music
19.30h-20h relaxing, meditative yoga nidra
20h-20.30h tea time & mingling
what to bring:
- comfortable, layered clothing (you will sweat for the dynamic vinyasa, but will probably want a sweater for the nidra)
- an open heart and mind :)
all yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
