About Mia Holistic
Hey! My name's Mia and I'm a 200-hour trained yoga teacher living in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. I qualified as a yoga teacher in Bali, studying with House of Om. I predominantly teach Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga, as well as Restorative yoga, yoga Nidra and am knowledgeable in meditation. I’ve studied nutrition, lifestyle and wellness at Harvard Medical School. For me, yoga isn't just a great stretch on the mat; it refreshes me, grounds me and helps me to focus on my breath and calm my monkey mind. Yoga is a fantastic thing for everyone, no matter your age, gender or lifestyle, and can be extremely beneficial for many people to help with stress, anxiety, chronic pain and injuries. I love meeting new people so hope to see you on the mat!
