General terms of Michele Schmidt Yoga, LLC
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
* This website is operated by Momoyoga on behalf of Michele Schmidt Yoga, LLC. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before signing up, and purchasing classes, packages, workshops and trainings. The websites Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. By clicking below you are indicating you have read, understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION:
* 10 Class Passes are valid for 4 months from the purchase date.
5 Class Passes are valid for 3 months from purchase.
Single sessions are valid for 1 month.
* Once booked students may cancel up to 1 hour before the class to maintain your class credit towards a future class booking. Please remove yourself from the class by canceling the booking or notify the teacher to adjust the attendance.
* Class links are sent out 30 minutes prior to the class start time. If you book into a class less than 30 minutes before it starts you will not receive the link and will not be able to attend.
* Michele Schmidt Yoga, LLC does not provide refunds, only credit towards a future class.
PRIVACY:
* All personal information collected from our website is used only for our internal marketing and to provide our services to you. We do not share or sell any information with outside parties.
* Michele Schmidt Yoga, LLC uses a third party software, Momoyoga, to schedule and manage bookings.
COPYRIGHT:
* All content on our website and class recordings are owned by Michele Schmidt Yoga, LLC. Distribution of any content is forbidden under copyright laws.
* All students are on mute during virtual sessions. Only the instructor is recorded.
CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES:
* Occasionally it may be necessary for us to review and revise our policy. We reserved the right to change our policies at any time and should this occur you will be notified in advance by email or the change will be reflected on our website.
