Description
Come & join us for a nourishing hatha flow class where we'll explore ways to release tension from our bodies and minds at the end of our working day. The class is a combination of pranayama (breath work), meditation and asana (postures), all wrapped up with a beautifully relaxing shavasna at the end. The classes are open level and I provide lots of options and variations so everyone is encouraged to take it at the own pace. All you need is a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
**Please note: none of these classes are suitable for anyone pregnant. You'll need to attend a class with a specifically trained pregnancy yoga teacher and I'm happy to provide recommendations for some great teachers in the area. Thanks for your understanding**

Description
This is a gentle yin class to suit all.
Join us for a slow practice to work into the joints and connective tissues. All postures are based on the floor and props can be used to support the body. Each posture is held for between 2 - 5 minutes, allowing time for the joints to open up and for the mind to settle. In addition to the postures, class includes meditation, pranayama (breath work) and shavasana (final relaxation).
This class is great for anyone looking for a slower paced practice for time to unwind and down regulate the nervous system.
Please note: not suitable for anyone pregnant. All you need is a yoga mat.
