About Mindful Wellness with Diane
I am a dedicated and compassionate health educator and guided meditation teacher, passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve lasting transformation. With a background in psychology, mindfulness tools, and movement education, alongside extensive training in guided meditation, I offer a unique blend of empathy and expertise.
I empower students with knowledge about their bodies, focusing on functional, healthy ranges of movement to provide long-term benefits. My approach emphasizes building strength and mobility while respecting individual needs, ensuring that each person can move through life with confidence and ease.
I tailor my approach to inclusiveness, fostering a safe and supportive environment for everyone. Having experienced the transformative power of using all these tools firsthand—through my own ovarian cancer diagnosis—I am committed to guiding others toward their goals with compassion and unwavering support.
Outside of teaching classes, I have a private hypnotherapy practice. I also offer workshops, and webinars on a wide range of wellness topics, including healthy sleep, breathwork, nutrition, myofascial release, Pilates, yoga, and positive aging. Many are offered free through AARP.
As an educator, I place a strong emphasis on fostering an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive learning space.
