Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience with movement, this series is all about meeting you where you are. We’ll focus on core strength from head to toe, improve joint mobility, and offer plenty of support to help you move safely and confidently.

Required Props:
• Thick Mat (or 2 Mats)
• Strap
• Two Blocks
• Pinky Ball (available on Amazon)
• One 15-pound weight (for deadlifts) Can be lighter or heavier per individual needs.
Classes will be recorded and available for up to one month, so you can catch up if you miss a session.
