Cold weather is here, and with it a season ripe with slips and falls. Boost your balance with this yoga class! We will wake up our feet, strengthen our legs and core, and practice balance like you never have before. Appropriate for all levels. Students should be barefoot and have a sturdy chair to use. Blocks and bolsters are optional.
