En Mindful Movement, combinamos Pilates y Yoga para ofrecer un enfoque integral de movimiento consciente. Nuestro estudio, con tonos cálidos y naturales que invitan a la calma, es un espacio acogedor donde puedes fortalecer, equilibrar y revitalizar tu cuerpo y mente. Ofrecemos clases para todos los niveles, desde Mat Pilates hasta Power Yoga y sesiones relajantes. Studio Policies & General Terms:
Studio Etiquette:
• Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class to settle in.
• Mindful Movement is a Shoe-Free facility, so we ask you to please place your belongings in the designated area once you've arrived.
• Doors close at the scheduled class time; late arrivals may not be admitted.
• Phones should be on silent mode or completely turned-off during class.
• We encourage mindfulness and respect toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.

All Sales Are Final:
All purchases made at Mindful Movement are final. We do not offer refunds. Credits may be issued for future classes or services when applicable.

Class & Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or class.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
• If you hold an Unlimited Package, a $10 fee will be charged.
• If you have a Class Card, a credit will be deducted from your package.
• If you booked with a Drop-In, the class will be forfeited.
• If you have a Private Session, an $18 late cancellation fee will be charged.

Required Quorum:
We require a minimum of 2 people per class. If the mandatory quorum is not reached, the class may be cancelled. In this case, you will receive a class credit or be able to reschedule at no extra cost.

Event Cancellation Policy:
All event reservations are final and non-refundable.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may be eligible for studio credit only (no refunds).
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a forfeited booking.
• If the studio cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full credit or the option to transfer your reservation to another event.
