I am a certified yoga instructor who completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Brett Larkin in 2023. Since earning my certification, I have been dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga through teaching. My approach is through mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a supportive space for beginners and intermediate practitioner levels.
