Calling adults! We need time for us too! This class will run as a 6 week series over the course of 7 weeks. If you miss a class, feel free to make it up on week 7. If you don’t miss any, enjoy a bonus class on week 7!
This series is a great opportunity for those that are new to yoga or those just wanting a slow gentle flow. In this series we will take our time flowing through basic poses and learning properalignment. We will slow it down in a simple yet fun way that will help you to begin or enhance your yoga journey.
