Is your tween yogi feeling as though their schedule is too full or overwhelming at times? If so, they are not alone! Most tweens feel as though they are constantly on the go and we know that healthy yoga practice promotes a sense of calm and peace amongst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This 4 week series is focused on learning poses and exercises which yogis can use in their everyday life while they are on the go. Each session will be short and sweet, allowing yogis to see they can fit yoga into their daily routine, to better promote a healthy balance and lifestyle. This series will be led by Sarah Marandi, a licensed clinical social worker and child yoga instructor
