Restorative yoga is the perfect wind down from a busy week or a softer way to start a new one.
Join Mary Jean on Sundays at 5:15pm -6:15pm for a gentle Yoga Restorative Class. This class will focus on using props and longer holds for supported poses. It will also give students an opportunity to start with a slower flow and concentrate on the breath to invite stillness into the body.
Take an hour to give your mind, body and spirit a chance to reset. You deserve it!
