This session will run on Tuesday's beginning 11/15 and ending 12/20

Build strength and stability, deepen your connection with your little one, and relish in community support! Each class includes postures that bring balance and alignment to your pelvis, pelvic floor, and uterine ligaments--encouraging your baby into a more optimal birthing position so that you may have a more functional birth. In addition, yoga asana is also used to safely explore strong sensation and offer opportunities to discover and integrate coping and pain management tools such as breathwork and mantra. Throughout class easily digestible bits of childbirth education are integrated into practice, empowering parents to continuously learn about pregnancy and early parenthood. This class is appropriate for any trimester.
