Studying Vedanta and Dhyana is a vital part of practicing Yoga. By accompanying asanas with positive thinking and meditation, we begin the process of living a healthy and peaceful life. In this workshop, we will learn about what the Yogis teach regarding emotions and instincts: what they are, how they work, and how to use this gift for a higher purpose. We will also incorporate various asanas that help balance our mind and body, which allows us to find inner peace. Join us for this two hour workshop as we look inside of ourselves, and begin the journey of finding the inner happiness we all are searching for!
