Ages 6+

Our children live in a hurry up world of school pressures, video games, businesses, competitive sports – the list goes on. We don’t really think of these as stressful influences on our children. Now is a great time to provide kids with tools they can use daily. This age group will focus on moving through various yoga asanas (poses) and stretching exercises to help kids improve strength, flexibility, movement integration and coordination. Breathing and visualization techniques will be utilized to increase relaxation and concentration, while learning methods of self-discipline and control. Kids will leave feeling energized, self confident and happy.

During this time, parents will not be allowed in the studio. Teachers will meet students and parents outside where temperature will be taken and hand sanitizer will be given. Please ensure you complete the health questionnaire prior to the start of class so your child is not delayed in beginning class. Teachers will bring students out to meet parents when class ends.
