A class dedicated to releasing tension around the hips.
Given how much we sit throughout the day, tight hips are incredibly common, which can result in further issues, such as lower back pain. Along with this, this is where the body will send the stress and anxiety it has not been able to naturally expel, as the largest area of the body to store this.
A good hip stretch can be a great release both physically and mentally.
Suitable for all levels.
