Description

A class to get the blood pumping, burn calories, build strength, and tone the body.
A chance for you to make it as easy or tough as you need that day.
The class will finish off with some lovely deep stretching and relaxation.
All fitness levels welcome as modifications will be provided, but beginners would be encouraged to take a slightly less intense pace.
