A Restorative Yoga Workshop for Calm, Connection & Regulation

In the busyness of modern life, our nervous systems are constantly being pulled into states of stress, overwhelm, and survival. This workshop offers you a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a way that supports balance and ease.

Join us for a gentle and grounding journey that includes:

🌀 A Somatic Yoga session to tune into your body's subtle signals and begin to restore a sense of safety and connection.
🌙 A calming Yin Yoga practice to slow down, settle your system, and encourage deep rest.
🔍 An introduction to the vagus nerve—why it matters, and how you can begin to work with it to support your emotional and physical wellbeing.

This is a space to soften, release, and come home to yourself—learning tools you can carry with you beyond the mat.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Just bring an open mind, a curious heart, and a willingness to slow down.
