Join me for Christmas Calm, a restorative and nourishing workshop designed to help you pause, unwind, and reconnect before the rush of the holidays begins.
Through a gentle blend of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, we’ll soothe the nervous system, release tension from the body, and invite a sense of deep inner peace. This is your time to slow down, breathe deeply, and find calm amidst the chaos - a much-needed moment of rest before the celebrations unfold.
