Description

In this special Summer Solstice Yin Yoga class, we will move through a series of long-held, supported poses designed to gently open the body, release tension, and create space - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Working with the body’s deeper connective tissues, Yin yoga encourages a sense of softness and stillness, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to restore.

Together, we will:
Gently open areas of the body associated with expansion and energy flow
Create space to reflect on what has been growing in your life
Invite balance between movement and rest as we enter a more outward season
Cultivate a sense of calm, clarity, and connection

This is not a class about doing more, it is about pausing to honour where you are, and stepping into summer with intention rather than urgency.

Suitable for all levels, with plenty of props and support offered throughout.
