Alana Gregory
Alana has studied meditation for over 20 years and completed her Level 1 training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with the Mindfulness Institute of Australia.
Over several years, Alana lived and trained in Kalarippayat and Ayurveda in India. She has a background in environmental science, Hatha Yoga, martial art, and the underlying philosophies that inform these practices.
Alana is passionate about passing on the philosophies and practices that her teachers share with her. She is an advocate for a holistic approach to life and health and is involved in a number of community health and arts projects. https://www.what-makes.com/
Description
Starting with Tulsi tee. Gentle stretching to release tension and revitalise the body. Followed by breath (pranayama) practice to calm and energise the mind and nervous system. Finishing with an extended sound relaxation.
