Centering: We commence by centering our being through the complete Yogic breath, harmonized with the tranquil melody of Ujjayi. This synchronized practice guides us towards heightened inner awareness.

Brammeri & Humming Breath: To silence the cacophony of external distractions and kindle an intimate inner connection, we employ the Brammeri (Humming breath) technique.

Pratyahara in Action: We weave Pratyahara into our yoga practice, engaging in a sequence that includes gentle facial massages, extending to the neck, shoulders, arms, chest, and culminating in the grounding embrace of foot massages.

Asana Exploration: Our practice gracefully guides us through a sequence of asanas, such as the Seated Twist, inviting our awareness into the vertical alignment of the Sushumna. We stand tall and stable in the Mountain pose, bask in the radiant glow of the Moon, and find strength in the embracing forms of the Warrior and the Swimmer Vinyasa. We explore the elegance of Triangle poses, elevate our spirits in Shoulder-stand, and surrender to the serenity of the Fish pose. The practice concludes with the nurturing grace of the Knee-down-twist, leading us to a state of deep relaxation.

Non-Dual Meditation: Our practice closes with a touch of Non-Dual Meditation, a technique introduced by Richard Miller in 2005. This meditation leads us on a voyage from the external realms to the depths of inner self, mirroring the dance of duality and unity, the heartbeat of existence.
