Practice:
Commence your practice with a grounding centering ritual that allows you to embrace the present moment fully.

Engage in the complete Yogic breath, complemented by the soothing resonance of Ujjayi, guiding your movements.

Flow gracefully through a series of gentle postures, including Table with diverse dynamic movements, Seated twist, Forward bend, and Table to floor-brushing transitions.

Progress through Mountain pose, Moon, Swimmer Vinyasa, Warrior, and find your balance in Triangle variations with support from the wall.
Explore the subtle variations in Bridge poses and experience the soothing serenity of the supported Shoulder-stand and Fish pose.

Conclude your practice with a tranquil Knee-down-twist, easing into a state of deep relaxation.

In a seated position, take a moment to reflect and set your intentions. Contemplate one or more ways you can be kinder and more loving to yourself, and commit to journaling about this intention daily throughout the week. Similarly, ponder how you can extend your love and compassion to others and make it a practice to journal your thoughts on this intention every day as well.
