Health and wellbeing have always been at the heart of what I care about. I first came to yoga and Pilates looking for a better way to look after my own body, and the difference it made stayed with me. It’s why I wanted to teach.. I trained with the Devon School of Yoga, completing my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021, and went on to gain my Diploma in Teaching Mat Pilates in 2024. That same passion for wellbeing has since led me to study Holistic Nutritional Therapy, which I’m completing now. My classes focus on building core strength, stability and freedom of movement, so everyday life feels a little easier. Come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.

Description

A steady, mat-based class built on control, breath and careful technique. We work through slow, precise movements that build core strength, support better posture and keep the whole body moving well, with time to really feel what each exercise is doing.

It’s a mixed-ability class. Every exercise has a gentler and a stronger option, so whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been practising for years, you can work at the level that suits your body on the day.

What to expect:

Core strength: Deep, steady work through the centre of the body, the foundation for everything else.

Posture and mobility: Movements that lengthen, strengthen and open up the body, to help you move with more ease.

Balance and body awareness: Slow, controlled work that helps you notice how you hold and move yourself.

All levels welcome: No experience needed.

A focused, low-impact hour that leaves you feeling strong, balanced and ready for the day.
