The studio is located between Pine Lake and Old Cheney off of 56th St., turn on Waltz Place by Liberty First Bank and go over the little bridge, turn right and go all the way to the end.

We will begin this class with some light breath work, bringing calm to the mind/body. Then we will move into light movement held on the floor and some flow with a repetitive sequence. Ending the class with Yn poses and a longer svasana with essential oils. This class is suitable for all levels and beginner, friendly.
