Mindful Flow Yoga - Level 2-3:
You will move more easily through this class if you have some experience practicing yoga.
In this Yoga for Self-love series we will experiment with different practices for reconnecting with self-love. My intention is for you to learn helpful tools for meeting yourself with more kindness, that you can use on your mat but also in your daily life.
Jan 2nd - Commit to yourself
Jan 9th - Connect with yourself
Jan 16th - Be generous towards yourself
Jan 23rd - Cherish yourself
Jan 30th - See your own light
You will receive an audio recording of this class within 24 hours after the live class. This way, if you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice.
