Mindful Flow Yoga - Level 2-3:
You will move more easily through this class if you have some experience practicing yoga.

Our breath tells us a lot about our bodies, minds and emotions. In this series, we will use our breath to connect more deeply with ourselves by:
- Moving the body in ways that create space for the breath.
- Using our breath to create softness and strength in the body.
- Explore how the breath can support our minds and hearts.

Apr 3rd - Pelvic Floor & Melting
Apr 10th - Diaphragm, Eb & Flow
Apr 17th - Ribs & Embracing
Apr 24th - Letting the Breath Travel

After each class, you will receive an email to help you integrate, as well as the audio recording of the class. This way, if you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice.

Classes take place at 9:30am-10:30am CET (Amsterdam)
