All levels: If you enjoy sitting and lying down this class is for you.
In each session we will use different restful shapes, movements, breath and awareness practices to let the body unwind into effortlessness and the mind into spaciousness. This way, nourishing ourselves with deep relaxation.
April 5th - Connecting outward
April 12th - Alternating awareness
April 19th - Feeling the body unwind
April 26th - Inviting spaciousness
You will receive an audio recording of this class within 24 hours after the live class. If you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice at your own chosen moment.
