Description

Mindful Flow Yoga - Level 2-3:
You will move more easily through this class if you have some experience practicing yoga.

Often we look for answers outside of ourselves even though most, if not all of them are waiting to be found on the inside. This month we will use our practice to come home to ourselves and reconnect with all the wisdom and equanimity we carry inside of us.

May 15th - Breath as your Anchor
May 22nd - Body Wisdom
May 29th - Centered & At Home

After each class, you will receive an email to help you integrate, as well as the audio recording of the class. This way, if you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice.

Classes take place at 9:30am-10:30am CET (Amsterdam)
