Mindful Flow Yoga - Level 2-3:
You will enjoy this class more if you have some experience practicing yoga.

This month we will use creative flows to bring renewed attention to specific areas of the body. Simultaneously, we explore our minds and hearts with gentle awareness.

The aim of this series is to find new and forgotten ways in which we can tend to our bodies, minds & hearts, both on and of our mats.

July 3rd - Hands, Feet & Connection
July 10th - Back Body & Support
July 17th - Torso & Awareness
July 24th - Core & Confidence
July 31st - Neck, Shoulders & Authenticity

After each class, you will receive an email to help you integrate, as well as the audio recording of the class. This way, if you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice.

Classes take place at 9:30am-10:30am CET (Amsterdam)
