Mindful Flow Yoga - Level 2-3:
You will enjoy this class more if you have some experience practicing yoga.
This August we will explore all kinds of stretchy shapes and movements. This stretchy theme is not only meant to release tension from our bodies and increase flexibility, but also to help our minds and hearts loosen up a bit.
August 7th - Stretching to get unstuck
August 14th - Reaching & Cat stretches
August 21st - Aliveness & Stretchy Splits
After each class, you will receive an email to help you integrate, as well as the audio recording of the class. This way, if you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice.
Classes take place at 9:30am-10:30am CET (Amsterdam)
