Mindful Flow Yoga - Level 2-3:
You will enjoy this class more if you have some experience practicing yoga.

This September we will play with several creative variations of Sun Salutation, combined with a focus on breath. The simple aim of this series is to have fun with some out of the box Sun Salutation variations, reconnect with your body through movement and ground yourself through breath.

September 11th - Slow Salutation
September 18th - Spacious Salutation
September 25th - Smart Salutation

After each class, you will receive an email to help you integrate, as well as the audio recording of the class. This way, if you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice.
