Mindful Flow Yoga - Level 2-3:
You will enjoy this class more if you have some experience practicing yoga.
This October we will focus our Sunday practice on exploring simple resources to help keep us feeling good as we move into autumn. Because sometimes we all need a little extra support.
As usual, the classes will be based around flows, movement, breath and awareness. Besides that, each practice offers space to explore new ways in which you can support yourself on a fundamental, nervous system level.
October 2nd - Power of patience
October 9th - Be held
October 16th - Connect outwards
October 23rd - Nourish yourself
October 30th - Remember your strength
After each class, you will receive an email to help you integrate, as well as the audio recording of the class. This way, if you cannot make it live, you can still benefit from the practice.
Classes take place at 16:30-17:30 Amsterdam time (CET)
