A calming, slow-paced class designed to help you unwind, release stress, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Through longer-held postures, you’ll gently stretch the body, increase flexibility and mobility, and release tension in the connective tissues.

This practice supports better circulation, eases joint stiffness, and promotes nervous system balance making it especially beneficial for reducing anxiety, improving focus, and enhancing overall wellbeing. You’ll leave feeling restored, grounded, and ready for deep rest.
