Description

Yoga Flow focuses on the connection between mind, movement and breath. It transitions smoothly from one pose to another using vinyasa principles and includes many sun salutations throughout the standing pose. It offers students the opportunity to find increased strength, a healthier heart, more flexible muscles and a reduction of symptoms associated with anxiety, stress and depression.
